Continuing Service

Building operators have come to appreciate the professional reliability of our Service & Maintenance team. Whether an existing system or a new one, this team can assist with design, sizing, pricing, installation, and repair of your facility. We have a large fleet of service vehicles manned by expert technicians skilled in HVAC and mechanical systems, refrigeration, temperature controls, plumbing, welding, boiler and burner installation and repair. We also provide emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Maintenance

Altech Mechanical Services offers full-service maintenance agreements, equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance agreements. With our Concepts Maintenance Program you are ensured that your systems operate at optimal efficiency, while reducing energy costs, extending equipment life, improving performance, and eliminating downtime.

After we complete an equipment survey, we will prepare a quote. No matter the size of your facility, we have a preventative maintenance contract to fit your need. Our customers include industrial, educational, and medical facilities, office buildings, major retail chains, and apartment complexes.

To meet each customer's specific requirements, the Service Department offers several levels of individualized, regularly scheduled inspection contracts. System age, application, run-time and manufacturer specifications are all used to develop your preventative maintenance contract. Each inspection is followed by a service report. These reports include recommendations for repairs or replacement.

Safety & Training

Environmental safety is of great concern to our customers. That's why our CFC Certified technicians receive special training to handle all types of equipment and machinery refrigerants. Whether new or older types of refrigerants, our skilled technicians know how to properly reclaim and dispose of these hazardous materials according to federal regulations.
